As a certified doula, breath and integrative somatic trauma therapist, I would love to take you into the world of pregnancy and birth. After my own search and preparation during my own pregnancy, after the transformation of motherhood, I am now happy to be at your side to inform, support, help you dive into your innerworld and coach you through this life-changing period.

The coaching will be tailored to your wishes and needs, however, I will also bring my own expertise and methods. You can expect the following when working with me;
