A positive birth experience reaches far beyond just the moment itself. Conception, pregnancy, birth, and the first years of life create a history that we carry with us for a lifetime: the imprint of your birth. Everything is connected.

Throw a pebble into the water, and ripples will appear that stretch further, and further. It is beautiful and enchanting to watch. One stone. Such a huge effect. Big and noticeable to the rest of the water. The ripple effect. ct me to find out if we are a match.

In my opinion, it is therefore extremely valuable to prepare well, so that you can make well-considered choices both before and during labor. In doing so, you influence the course of your pregnancy and birth experience. As a result, you create the most positive birth imprint possible for your baby. And this is something I would wholeheartedly support you in.

As your Doula, I will listen to you, we will investigate what your wishes are, your fears (if you have them), what will give you confidence and makes you feel empowered, and how you and your partner can have a birth experience to look back upon with happiness.
