To be with the woman and her partner in one of their most intens and intimate moments of their lives, is an honour and deeply fulfilling. I’ve come to strongly believe that if a woman gives birth in the way that suits her, with the support she wants around her, that she knows her right to be fully informed and that she can make her own decisions, she will be able to look back at her birth with positive feelings.

My presence as a doula is to facilitate this to happen. Your wishes are pivotal: I support you, and your partner, when needed, give/refer to information as you want it, and am present according to your wishes.

I continue my education every year to deepen my knowledge and keep up with personal development.

My expertise: specialized in aromatherapy, massage, Spinning Babies techniques, and sessions for overdue/ruptured membranes without contractions. Experience with: vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), planned cesarean, traumatic experiences during previous births, epidurals, remifentanil, home births, and water births.
