Hello, I'm Anouk from Samen Beginnen. Together with my 3 children (2003, 2005, 2014) and husband I live in Zuidlaren, Drenthe.

I have been a doula since September 2018 and I guide women and their partners during pregnancy, childbirth and in the first period afterwards.

During the pregnancy we look together at what your birth wishes are. We discuss what you need to relax and how you deal with pain. This way you can start giving birth with confidence and together we will make it a pleasant experience in which you, your partner and your baby are central.

At home or in the hospital, a planned caesarean or completely natural, alone or with a partner: guidance from me as a doula is possible during every pregnancy!
