My name is Els Koppers. I live with my dear husband and our 4 strong-willed children in Huizen.

I work as a doula from a holistic perspective and believe that complementary mental and emotional support is essential alongside regular medical and practical care during this often intense period of your life. Together, we can explore your wishes for your childbirth and map them out. All of this is aimed at preparing you as much as possible and providing you with tools so that the birth of your child can be experienced as consciously and positively as possible while maintaining your own control.
