My mission as a birth coach (doula) is to prepare pregnant women for their beautiful adventure, support them during the toughest moments of labour and give future parents the strength to experience child birth in a positive way. I want to help you to enjoy this adventure! And yes, especially during labour (YES, this is possible!).

I believe that confidence is the basis of a comfortable and positive birth. Therefore, this is my focus as a birth coach. I will make sure that you feel as confident as possible in your body during the birth of your child. This confidence will help you to let your body do what it’s supposed to do, leaving no room for fear or hesitation. Believing in yourself is very important. My goal is to make you feel as prepared, fierce and confident as possible so that I’m only needed in the background during the actual labour.

My support is fully tailored to your needs and wishes. No birth is the same. I’m a licensed ‘Relaxed Labour’ teacher so I also have the possibility to teach you hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques for a more relaxed experience. Let’s make your labour a beautiful experience and enjoy the birth of your baby.
