In my ideal world, everyone who needs it has access to the support of a doula — regardless of finances, background, or situation.For me, it’s not about how a journey is “supposed” to look, but about how you feel and what you need.

I don’t want labels, expectations, or fixed ideas about what a doula is to stand in the way of what I can offer you.

At the same time, I’m realistic. Birth isn’t something we can fully control. Sometimes medical intervention is necessary — and that’s okay.In a time where the focus is often on “as natural as possible,” I believe in balance. In knowledge. In understanding what happens physiologically, while also recognizing when pathology plays a role. Everything grounded in science — a true passion of mine.

A birth is not less valuable when interventions are needed.
It is still your birth.

Maybe that’s also why I aspire to become a midwife.
My dream is to work as a midwife in the future, bringing my experience as a doula with me. To support people throughout their entire pregnancy — with both medical knowledge and continuous, personal care. Not as two separate worlds, but as one that strengthens each other.

Until then, I focus on what I can already offer.And I believe support should be accessible. Even if your financial situation makes it challenging. We will always have an open conversation — and we will find a way.
