Hello, I am Anouk from Samen Beginnen. Together with my 3 children (2003, 2005, 2014) and husband, I live in Zuidlaren, Drenthe.

I have been a doula since September 2018 and I guide women and their partners during pregnancy, childbirth and in the first period afterwards.

During pregnancy, we’ll look together at what your birth wishes are. We’ll discuss what you need to relax and how to manage pain. This way, you’ll start the birth with confidence, and we’ll make it a positive experience together, where you, your partner, and your baby are the focus.

At home or in the hospital, a planned caesarean or completely natural, alone or with a partner: guidance from me as a doula is possible during every pregnancy!
