In 2001, I became a mother, and a few years later, I followed my doula training in Toulouse, where I was living at the time. Now, I reside and work in my hometown Almen, located between Zutphen and Lochem.

Creating conscious awareness with the parents is at the core of my prenatal appointments. It involves a true connection with the baby and the conscious journey to becoming a mother and father.

The initial experiences in the baby's life are crucial for both the child and the parents. As a doula, I contribute to creating a secure atmosphere during the birth of your baby, enabling you to fully embrace your confidence and strength, and lovingly welcome your child.

The postpartum period is a special time. To provide support during this phase, I specialised in offering the Rebozo Closing Ritual and completed training in Natural Postpartum Care.
