As a doula, I prepare you/ you both for childbirth, the period before, and the period after. I am a cheerful, caring, solution-oriented, and positive person who always provides a listening ear.

I offer practical tips, provide mental support, and ensure calm and relaxation during childbirth so that you can look back on a beautiful experience. I do this by removing any uncertainties, offering support where needed, and assessing the wishes and expectations of you and your partner.

My goal is for you to trust your body, feel heard and experience peace, allowing you and your partner to focus on a positive memory of the birth of your baby!
