From the beginning of your pregnancy through the delivery and postpartum period, I am there for you with compassion, knowledge and dedication. I provide you with information and help you make well-considered choices that suit your wishes and needs.

In addition to professional support, you will receive a safe space to talk freely, share your emotions and be yourself.

With my guidance I strengthen your confidence in your own capabilities and help you to face the birth with confidence.

Whether you dream of a natural birth, are considering a water birth or are simply looking for continuous support during your pregnancy and delivery, you are in good hands with Arabellijn doula.

I work in Groningen (city and the whole province) and even further than a 50 km radius, in joined agreement.

I speak Dutch, English, German and French and am also available as a postpartum doula and birth photographer. I am also able to make plaster casts of baby foot or hand/ pregnant bellies and offer newborn photography and sibling doula services next to my other services.
