Pregnant! A special time full of preparations, but how do you prepare for the birth itself?

As a doula, I help you and your partner to be well prepared, confident and relaxed.

You have the right to decide what happens and what doesn't happen during your labour and I assist you in this.

Together, we make sure your birth team knows what you need and make it a positive experience for everyone present.

With 50 years of life experience, a calm, down-to-earth approach and some dry humour, I will assist you with physical, mental and emotional support. I work in a 60 km radius around Drachten and speak Dutch, Fries and English fluently.
