In all times and cultures, women have supported each other, and for good reason! I create a safe space where you can relax and your partner can join in.

With me, you can also take a birth course, also known as a pregnancy course. Whether you’re looking for a group course (in Leeuwarden) or a private course, you’re in the right place. And how about a relaxing mama massage? I offer home massages for pregnant women and mothers. What personally characterizes me is an open mind, a sharp eye and a calm presence.

I am a member of the NBvD, the Dutch Association for Doulas, and I also speak Frisian.
