Every woman deserves a positive and empowering birth-experience.
I am particular;y looking for women with a due date in July 2025! I will be in the Netherlands during the Summer period and would love to finish my doula training by guiding you through birth. My phone number is international but I am Dutch and also speak English very well.

My name is Ingeborg, mother of two daughters, prenatal yoga teacher and almost graduated doula and birth educator. I am in the final phase of my training - the theory and practice are fully completed; only the last guidance makes my trajectory complete.

With loving presence, knowledge and peace I guide you (and your partner) during pregnancy, childbirth and possibly in the postpartum period. My approach is holistic and tailored to what you need: space to feel, find confidence in your body, and make informed choices. I combine my experience with breathing, relaxation, movement and guidance that matches what you and your partner need at that moment during the birth.

What you can expect from me:

- A listening ear and space for your story

- Practical and emotional preparation for the birth

- Presence during the birth (at home or in the hospital)

- Support after the birth if desired
