You're pregnant, congratulations! A special time when a lot comes your way! As a birth coach in the Haarlem region, I offer loving and practical support, peace, and confidence before and during childbirth.

Every woman is unique so together we explore what makes you relax. I'll provide you with knowledge about the stages of labor and birth and what it means to give birth in the Dutch health system.

But I also focus on experiencing relaxation through breathing exercises, meditation, visualisation, affirmation, different labor positions and massage.

Your birthing partner plays a loving and crucial role so I'll include him/her/it extensively in all the preparation and during labor. Together we explore your choices, wishes, fears and expectations.
