My name is Jessica and I live in Utrecht. My practice is based in Zaandam and as doula I concentrate on working in Amsterdam and Utrecht area.

In my practice I work as a coach, massage therapist and nutritionist and that combined makes optimal support during this special period in your lifetime.

I know DSL ( DutchSignLanguage) and can take away a lot of stress trough combining language and knowledge in those 2 areas. I love supporting women and children and being in contact with your body is important to me and when i support a pregnancy contact and bonding between mother and child has my upmost attention.

Baby-massage and post natal massage and care are a perfect support after delivery and pregnancy-massages and mama-me-time sessions are ideal for women to take time for themselves and consciously enter into pregnancy and delivery.
