Hi, I’m Marjo. I’m married and the mother of three beautiful children. The five of us live in the countryside near Breda.
I find giving birth magical! I’ve always felt that way, and I do this work with immense love and joy.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you and preparing you and your partner for what’s to come: bringing your baby into the world.
Because the experience of giving birth stays with you for the rest of your life. You’ll never forget it, and yes, you’ll think back on it often. How wonderful is it if you can look back on it positively and with confidence?

Every woman gives birth in her own way—a way that suits her. There is no single “right” way to give birth, and there are no rules about how labour should go. Where and how you give birth is not the most important thing. What matters is that your birth fits you, and that it can unfold the way you would like. And that afterwards you can look back on this experience feeling proud and confident.

Whether you choose a home birth, a hospital birth, a water birth, or a caesarean section, I have experience with all options and I’m here to support you at every moment. All choices are good, as long as you make them yourself. And I’m here for you to guide you through your birthing process in a loving way.

In addition to working as a doula, I also provide wonderful, relaxing pregnancy massages. So you’re also very welcome to come and truly enjoy a soothing, relaxing massage.
