Experiencing the pregnancy and birth of your child to the fullest is my goal as a doula. With humor, good information, affirmation, and lots of love and confidence, I can support you and your partner in this journey.

I'm not here to dictate 'how it should be.' Often, you already know what you want! I'm here to ask the right questions, to make things move.

In addition to being a doula, I am a (pregnancy) yoga teacher and dance teacher. But above all, I am the mother of two delightful daughters!
