I am a birth & postpartum doula, masseuse and holistic (lifestyle) coach, a warm down-to-earth and spiritual woman. My mission is to increase awareness and knowledge in people, especially around birth. To create more peace and confidence in the body & life again. Enabling you to make conscious decisions in connection with yourself, your baby, and your partner.

Whether you give birth in a hospital, birth center or at home, as a birth doula I will be by your side during birth for continuous emotional and physical support. You do not have to do this all by yourself. I feel honored and grateful where I can support you in this, so a child – but also a mother and father – can be born in connectedness, trust, and love. Because I believe a positive birth experience is vital for families.

As a postpartum doula I mostly step in when the kraamzorg has left, to provide holistic non-medical physical, practical and emotional support during the first postnatal weeks. The support I provide includes, but is not limited to providing nutritious meals, coaching, massages, Bengkung belly binding, newborn hands-on assistance, behaviour & awake/sleep patterns, but also light housekeeping, errands, etc. Anything that helps you to take rest and recover. I can also learn you and your partner how to massage your own baby to help relax, optimize sleep, and intensify bonding. During pregnancy I already help prepare for parenthood. I support you, so you can take care of your newborn.

As a holistic coach I help men, women and babies with life struggles, stress and healing trauma, like birth itself or anything that happened around that time. Among others by looking at your own birth story, to discover the influence on your life/relationships/work and on the development of your (future) child. But also a. body-orientated therapeutic approach with mindfull touch/massage/cranio/breath & conversion techniques.
