During the birth of your baby, it is essential to have a birthing team where you feel comfortable. People around you whom you trust and who have confidence in you and your body.

Being a Doula, I place great importance on personal contact so that we can shape the birth according to your wishes as effectively as possible. I work with you (and your partner) to understand your desires regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and potentially beyond. I listen, brainstorm with you, provide inspirational tips, and respect the choices you make. Often, there is more possible than you think!

With great passion, calmness, and attention, I professionally guide you and your partner throughout the entire birth, in the way that feels right for you, whether it's at home, in a birthing center, or in the hospital.
