De geboorte van een kindje is een intieme, bijzondere en misschien ook spannende gebeurtenis die een diepe indruk maakt en je de rest van je leven met je mee zal nemen. Mijn wens is dat vrouwen en hun partners met een trots en positief gevoel kunnen terugkijken op de geboorte van hun kindje. Het gaat niet om de 'perfecte bevalling', maar hoe jij deze hebt ervaren. Ben je meegenomen in de keuzes die gemaakt moesten worden? Voelde je je gesteund, met liefde en respect behandeld? Ik sta graag naast je om hieraan bij te dragen.

By discovering what’s important to you and gaining knowledge about the birth process, you’ll gain more insight into your unique birth wishes. What themes are emerging during this pregnancy? How are you really feeling? What do you need from the people around you? What can you let go of? In this way, I hope you can give birth with confidence in yourself and in the birth team around you.

Postpartum treatments

You’ve just given birth, and a lot is coming your way in these first days as a new mother. Alongside the birth of your baby, you’re also going through a major transformation: a mother has been born (again)! Treat yourself to moments of rest, warmth, and relaxation with a postpartum massage or Bengkung Belly Binding treatment to support your recovery during the postpartum period.
