Dear Mum, Parents-to-be,

You’re pregnant and about to give birth! The birth of your child is unique, life-changing, and, especially if it’s your first time, also quite exciting. I would love to support you, with your partner or as a single parent, on a physical, emotional, mental, and informational level. My goals are for you to give birth with full confidence in yourself, in your strength, and with control, for you or both of you to look back positively on your birth, and for your child to have a calm, gentle start to life.

To prepare well, we’ll meet a few times to map out your wishes and get to know each other better. During and after your birth, I’ll be there completely for you/you both. I’ll help you relax with good positions, massages, breathing techniques, encouragement, and reassurance, provide snacks and drinks, ensure your rest, and make you as comfortable as possible with other tips and tricks. I’ll stay with you continuously! Or step into the background when you prefer.
